Shipping Policy

We use these shipping providers for shipments: USPS and UPS

You will be sent an email with your tracking number for your package/packages once a label has been made.


Please note, this does not mean your order has shipped out yet, it just means a label was created and sent to the vendor to ship out your package. Depending on the item you ordered, your package can take 1-5 business days to ship out and tracking to be updated. It can take 2-10 business days for your item to be delivered.

If you ordered an on-demand item with a item that is in stock ready to ship, and they are shipping from the same warehouse, the package will not ship until the on-demand item is ready to ship, which will hold up the other items from shipping. Each of the items we sell have these details if it is an on-demand item or ready to ship item with the listed estimated ship time for that package in the products description.


Free Shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50 we charge a flat rate fee of $8.95.

STOLEN PACKAGES is not responsible or accountable if your package is stolen from your property. If the package states delivered by USPS/UPS, it is out of our hands at that point. We would love to cover stolen packages, but we are a small business and not able to cover those losses.

LOST PACKAGES will ship out another package if it is considered lost. That means there is no update on USPS/UPS on your package stating delivered.

If USPS/UPS system states a package was delivered and you are claiming you did not receive it, there is nothing we can do on that matter as our vendors go by the tracking updates on the shipping companies system. if it states delivered, they will not ship out another package.

You are more than welcome to contact the shipping company to receive more information on that package. We will not file any claims on our end.


Packages will not automatically be re-shipped back out if they are returned to us for the following reasons:

  • You entered the wrong address
  • You forgot to put the apartment/suite number

In order to have your package shipped back out, you will have to pay a shipping cost of $8.95.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the right shipping address and adding any apartment/unit/suite #s if your address calls for it.

If you decide you want a refund, we treat it as a return. For products we accept returns on, there is a $10 fee per item. For items we do not accept returns on, there is a 50% restocking fee. Original Shipping Cost if they were charged will not be refunded.
