Shipping Policy

We ship with UPS and USPS Mail.

After your order is placed you will be sent an email with your tracking number.

This does not mean your package has shipped out yet.

Shipping Times

1-5 business days to ship from our warehouse.

Shipping Pricing

Shipping cost varies based on the weight of the package and location the package is being shipped to.

Stolen Packages

We are not held responsible for stolen packages.

If tracking shows delivered then unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end. Unless you have purchased our package insurance that covers you up to $100.

If you did not purchase our package insurance then you can file a claim with UPS/USPS but we do not insure any packages with them.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or does not update on UPS/USPS website, we will ship out another package.

This means the package never updated in their system but shows it was shipped on our end.

Returned Packages

Packages will not be re-shipped back out if they are returned to us for the following reasons:

- You entered the wrong shipping address

- You forgot to put the apartment/suite number

To have your package shipped back out, there is a $10 reshipment fee.

If you decide you want a refund, there is a 50% restocking fee.  The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
