• Within 30 days of delivery date
• In Brand New Condition
• Unwashed & Unworn
• No Smoke Orders
• No Pet Hair on any items

What brands are refundable?

• MDM Clothing
• All other brands are non-refundable as they are made on demand to order

Are there any restocking fees?

• $10 per item
• Original Shipping Charges are non-refundable
• Your are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I make a Return?

• Begin the return process on your order by clicking here
• Enter your order number and email address and click Start a Return
• Follow the screen instructions and select the item you would like to return
• Once approved you will be issued an RMA#
• Make sure to include your RMA# with your return
• We do not accept exchanges. You will have to replace your order if you are making a return for a different size/item

How soon will I receive my refund?

• Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned package
• All refund are returned back to your original payment minus any restocking fees
• If you return any items that are non-refundable or make a return that was not approved, you will be forfeiting the items without a refund
• In order to receive the items you sent back that were not approved is to pay a shipping fee for us to send it back to you.
• There are not exceptions to this policy.
