Where are we located?

We are located in Houston, Texas, where we operatate out of a spacious 6,000 square foot warehouse, serving as the origin for 95% of our shipped orders. Our journey began in a humble garage, and as we expanded, we progressed from renting a modest 1,500 square foot warehouse to leasing an additional 3,000 square foot space adjacent to our initial one. In 2023, we achieved a significant milestone by building our own warehouse, which serves as our operational hub.

Notably, we rarely outsource order fulfillment to external entities, having transitioned our business from outsourcing all our product-related processes. We now maintain full control and oversight of our entire operation. A point of pride for us is that all our products are manufactured within the United States.

Who are we?

Enthusiasts of sneakers, our business is both family-owned and family-staffed. Despite having a compact team of fewer than 10 individuals, we've implemented an efficient system that allows us to function with the productivity of a workforce five times our size. From its inception, this business has been meticulously constructed from the ground up.

Do we alert you once an order has shipped out?

Yes, once an order's label has been made you will be notified by email/sms. Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days depending on the item once a label has been made.

What if I receive an item that is defective or is the wrong item/size/product?
